Questions
Where does the assistant get its answers?
From your published website: pages, collections like services and team, your business details, opening hours, and closures, plus any instructions you give it. It doesn't make up prices or policies that aren't there.
Does it say it's an AI?
Yes. On calls, the greeting says it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. In chat it uses the name and greeting you choose, and it never claims to be a person.
Which plans include it?
AI chat on your website is on Business and above. Phone calls and texts come with Pro and Agency, which include a phone number, call minutes, and text replies.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Today you pick a new local number in the dashboard. You can show it on your site in one click. Bringing an existing number over is planned.
Which countries are supported for phone?
Phone numbers are available in the United States and Canada. Texting needs a short business registration, which we guide you through; calls work while it's pending.
